Your letter photos are photos of your work that AI-designed letters can use. Every photo you add to a letter is kept in this library, and each time you design a new letter you pick which ones it uses. Letter photos come with Campaigns.
Find your letter photos
Go to Settings → Branding and scroll to Letter photos.
Add photos
Click Add photos.
Choose the photos from your computer. You can pick several at once.
They're added to the library straight away. You can also add photos while you design a letter: click Add photos in the photo picker, and they join the library too.
Take a photo out
Point at the photo and click the cross in its corner.
Click Confirm.
New letters can't use it after that. Letters you've already saved keep it. Branding settings are the only place a photo is deleted: unpicking it while you design a letter just leaves it out of that letter.
Pick photos for a letter
When you design a letter, every photo in the library is shown. Tap a photo to use it, and tap it again to leave it out. You can pick up to six for each letter. The photos your last letter used start out picked.
Why can't I pick another photo?
A letter can use up to six photos. Once six are picked, the rest dim. Tap a picked photo to let it go, then pick another.
Why didn't my photo upload?
If Buildscout says Couldn't add one of those photos. Try a PNG or JPEG., the file couldn't be read. Save it as a PNG or JPEG and try again.
Why can't I see Letter photos?
Letter photos is part of designing letters with AI, which comes with Campaigns. If your team doesn't have Campaigns, the section isn't shown.
