When you set up a campaign, AI can write every letter it sends for you. It plans the letters from what the campaign looks for, writes and designs them in your style, and matches them to each other. Letter campaigns come with Campaigns.
Write the letters
Open the campaign's Letter sequence step.
While the campaign has no letters yet, click Write my letters with AI.
Choose A4 letters or A5 postcards.
Check Your website, your logo and the photos of your work. They're filled in just as they are for a single letter. Tap a photo to pick or unpick it.
In Anything we should know? (optional), say what to lead with.
Click Write my letters.
The AI plans the letters from what this campaign looks for. Usually that's one letter as each application comes in, and another once it's approved. A summary of the plan appears under the letters.
While they're designed
The letters are designed in the background, in your style and matched to each other. You can carry on with something else meanwhile. Each letter in the sequence shows how far its design has got; click See it to open it and watch.
When they're ready, check them. You can change them as you would any other letter. Then click Next: Review campaign. (On a campaign that's already running, the button is Save changes.)
Why don't I see Write my letters with AI?
The button only shows while the campaign has no letters yet, and only to someone who can design letters with AI and make letter templates. If the campaign already has letters, add more with Add a follow-up letter.
Why can't I go on to Review campaign?
While any letter is still being designed, the button says Waiting for letter designs to complete. Once they're all ready, it lets you go on.
If a letter couldn't be designed, the button says A letter couldn't be designed. Find that letter in the sequence: it says why. Click Try again to design it again, or Delete letter to take it out of your letters and this campaign.
Why can't my campaign start yet?
A campaign can't start while one of its letters is still being designed, or couldn't be designed. Wait for the design to finish, or try it again or choose another letter, then start the campaign.
