All leads puts every lead your team is working on in one list: the ones your campaigns found and the ones you've saved into Planning data folders. Leads in the Bin aren't in it.
Open All leads
Click Saved leads in the sidebar.
Click All leads at the top of the menu.
To see one campaign's leads on their own, click the campaign under Campaigns in the same menu. Paused and archived campaigns are under Not active.
Filter the list
Along the top of the list:
Campaigns: just one campaign's leads, or All campaigns. If you have Campaigns.
Date found: when the leads were found.
Quick filters: Starred, and with Campaigns also New letter workflows in last 24 hrs and 1+ letters sent.
Tags and Assignee: by tag, or by who the lead is assigned to.
Any status: with Campaigns, narrow to To review, Sending or Not sending.
From anywhere: narrow to From campaigns or From Planning data folders.
Search leads…: search the list.
If the row runs out of room, the filters that don't fit go behind a Filters button. Clear all in there takes every filter off.
Click the Board view icon at the right to see the leads by stage instead. How to use the lead board explains it.
Do something to several leads
Tick the leads.
Click what you want to do in the bar above the list.
Star (or Unstar): star them, to find them again with Quick filters.
Assign: hand them to a teammate, who gets one notification for them all.
Save to: put them in a Planning data folder. If you have Planning data.
Bin: take them out of their folders and into the Bin. If you have Planning data.
Export the list
If you have Campaigns, click Export at the top right. Export leads says how many leads match your filters. Choose the columns if you like, then click Export to download the spreadsheet. One export holds up to 10,000 leads. If your filters match more, narrow them and export the rest separately.
Open a lead
Click a lead to open it. A lead you open from a link or a notification opens on a page of its own. Click the back arrow to go back to your leads.
Review leads
If you have Campaigns, Review leads in the menu holds the leads your campaigns have found that are waiting for you to decide whether to send letters. The number beside it is how many are waiting.
Why is Bin greyed out?
None of the leads you've ticked is in a Planning data folder. A lead only a campaign found can't go in the Bin. If you tick a mix, only the ones in folders go to the Bin, and the rest stay where they are.
Why is Export greyed out?
Exporting leads isn't included in your plan. Clicking it says "Feature Not Available". If you don't have Campaigns, there's no Export on All leads: export a folder instead.
Why does All leads say No leads found?
No leads match your filters or search, or you don't have any leads yet. Clear the filters to see them all. If you're just starting, click Create campaign or Find leads to get your first.
Why does a lead say Lead not found?
"This lead doesn't exist, or it isn't in this team." means the link is for a lead your team doesn't have. Click the back arrow to go back to your leads.
Why don't I see Campaigns or folders in the menu?
The menu shows what your plan includes. Review leads and Campaigns come with Campaigns. Planning data folders and the Bin come with Planning data. With Planning data but not Campaigns, All leads shows your folders' leads.
