There's no free plan in Buildscout, so every team needs a plan before its workspace opens. When a team has none, opening it takes you to a page asking for one instead.
Choose a plan
If you're one of the team's billing members, the page says Choose a plan for and your team's name.
Choose Monthly or Yearly.
On the plan you want, click its button: Try free for 14 days if your account hasn't had a trial, otherwise Choose and the plan's name.
Add a card if you're asked, and confirm.
The workspace opens as soon as the plan starts. Every plan has unlimited subcontractors and the app, and all but Enterprise have unlimited team members. Plans our team sets up with you show Contact us.
If you don't look after billing
The page says your team needs a plan, and who to ask: the person who manages your team's billing. Once they've chosen one, click Check again. Your other teams takes you to the other teams you're in.
Why is my team asking for a plan?
One of these has happened:
It's a new team paid for by a new billing account, which starts with no plan.
The plan was cancelled, and the period you'd paid for has ended.
A payment failed and we've stopped trying the card. The plan is on hold until the open invoice is paid. A billing member can pay it from Billing → Invoices, in the menu under their initial, and the plan comes back as soon as it's paid.
Nothing in your team is deleted while it has no plan.
Why does it say "Letter sending has been disabled"?
Your plan has letter campaigns but not letter sending, so letters aren't posted for you. Click Click here to contact our team to talk to us about it.
