How to see every lead across campaigns

Find, filter and act on every lead from every campaign in one place, and export them to a spreadsheet.

Every lead from every campaign is in one place: All leads, under Saved leads. Leads you've saved in Planning data folders are there too.

Open All leads

  1. Click Saved leads in the sidebar.

  2. Click All leads.

The board shows where each lead has got to, from new lead to won, with your win rate at the top. Prefer a list? Click List view at the right of the toolbar. Board view switches back. See "How to use the lead board" for working the board.

To see one campaign's leads, pick it under Campaigns in the menu on the left, or open the campaign and click Leads.

Narrow it down

Use the filters in the toolbar:

  • the campaign

  • Date found

  • Tags

  • who it's assigned to

  • Quick filters, such as Starred or 1+ letters sent

  • the status: To review, Sending or Not sending

Or type in Search leads….

Act on several leads at once

  1. In the list, tick the leads you want.

  2. In the bar that appears, choose:

    • Star to star them.

    • Assign to give them to someone in your team.

    • Send letters to approve the letters of the ones waiting for review.

  3. If you chose Send letters, check how many letters it will send and what they'll cost, then click Send letters again.

Each person is written to once, however many campaigns proposed them. Letters tied to a planning decision only go out if it happens. To pick who gets letters on a lead, open it instead.

Export your leads

  1. Set the filters for the leads you want.

  2. Click Export.

  3. Pick your columns.

  4. Click Export.

The spreadsheet downloads, and we email you a link to it too. One export holds a limited number of leads; if your filters match more, it tells you, so narrow the filters to export the rest.

What do the statuses mean?

  • To review: waiting in Review leads for you to decide.

  • Sending: letters are on their way.

  • Finished: every letter has gone.

  • Not sending: nothing is being sent. The lead was skipped, stopped, paused or expired, or is marked do not contact. Open it to see why.

  • Replied: you've logged a reply.

Why were some leads skipped when I sent letters in bulk?

Only one set of letters goes to each address. The message after sending says what was skipped: duplicates at the same address, addresses already being written to, and addresses marked do not contact.

Why don't I see Export?

Exporting leads isn't included in every plan.
