Your team and your billing each have one home in Buildscout. Your team, and the subcontractors you work with, are in Settings → Members. Your plan, card, invoices and the people who look after billing are under Plan and payment.
Your team
Open Settings from the menu under your initial, then click Members. You can also click Team at the bottom of the sidebar.
Team members lists everyone on the team and their role: Member or Admin.
Pending invites lists the people you've invited who haven't joined yet.
Subcontractors lists the trades you work with, and the projects each one is on.
From here, an admin can invite people, change roles and remove people. "How to invite your team" goes through it step by step.
Your plan and billing
In Settings, click Plan and payment, under Billing. It opens the billing for the account that pays for your team, with these pages down the side:
Plan: your plan, your next invoice, the plans you can change to and add-ons such as more projects open at once. Nothing changes until you click Review changes. See "How to change your plan or add-ons".
Teams: every team this billing account pays for. Opening a second branch? Click Create a team to put another team on the same bill.
Payment method: the card every invoice is charged to.
Invoices: every invoice, to download as a PDF, and any that's due, to pay.
Billing details: the name, address and VAT number printed on your invoices.
Billing members: the people who can see and change all of this, such as your bookkeeper.
"How to update your card, billing details and invoices" and "How to add billing members" cover those pages.
Why can't I see Plan and payment?
Only billing members see it. Billing belongs to the billing account that pays for your team, not to the team, so being a team admin isn't enough. Ask one of your billing members to add you under Billing members.
Why does a team say "You're not on this team"?
On Teams, a billing account lists every team it pays for, including teams you aren't a member of. You can see them, but only open the ones you're on.
