The Schedule shows who is on which site, and when: your own team and your subcontractors, across every job. From the same part of Buildscout you bring subcontractors onto a project and check how long everyone has been on site.
The Schedule is part of Projects, which comes with every plan. Anyone on your team can use it.
Where to find it
Click Projects in the sidebar.
Click Schedule. This shows every live project.
Each project has its own schedule too: open the project and click Schedule in its menu. A number beside Schedule counts the things that need a decision this week and next.
What's on the Schedule
The Schedule opens on the People view. Everyone you can book has a row: your team under Team, then your subcontractors under Subcontractors. Each bar is a booking: a day or more on one job, coloured by the project.
Drag across someone's row to book them. Drag a bar to move it, or drag its end to make it longer or shorter.
Anything that needs sorting out shows at the top of the page with its fix beside it, such as someone booked on two jobs on the same day, or a task due on a day nobody is on site.
Switch to Calendar to see the whole month, with your tasks on it.
On the Schedule for all projects, Projects shows one row per job instead of one per person.
Subcontractors and timesheets
To bring a subcontractor onto a job, open the project and click Subcontractors. Pick someone you've worked with before, invite someone new, or send everyone the project's link so they can add themselves.
When your crew clock in on site with the Buildscout app, their hours show in the project's Timesheets. If someone forgets to clock out, you can do it for them.
Your subcontractors see every booking you send them in their own view of Buildscout, and confirm it with one tap.
