Your plan is shared by every team your billing account pays for. You change it, and its add-ons, on one page, and nothing changes until you've seen what you'll pay and confirmed it.
Click your initial at the top right and choose Settings.
Under Billing, click Plan and payment. You land on Plan.
At the top, Your plan shows where you stand (Active, Free trial, Ending or Payment failed) and your next invoice. Click What's on it to see each line, the VAT and the total.
Under Plan, click the plan you want to try. Nothing changes yet.
The bar at the bottom of the page shows the new price, next to what you pay now.
Click Review changes. It shows what you'll pay today and from when.
Confirm: Upgrade now going up, or Move on and the date going down.
Not today? Click Reset in the bar to put it all back.
Going up starts straight away. You pay the difference for the rest of this period, nothing more.
Going down happens when the period you've paid for ends. Until then everything stays as it is. If the smaller plan allows fewer projects or campaigns than you have, you choose which to keep: the rest are marked complete or paused when the plan changes.
In a free trial, you can switch plan any time. It changes straight away, and your trial still ends on the same day.
A plan change waiting for the end of the period shows on your plan, with Keep current plan to take it back.
Under Add-ons, you get more of what your plan includes, billed with it: more projects open at once, more AI walkthroughs a month, or more leads a year for your letter campaigns. The tiles above them show what you're using now against what your plan allows.
Step an add-on up or down, or click Add on one there can only be one of.
Click Review changes in the bar, and confirm.
Add-ons change straight away.
Your letter campaigns are limited by leads a year: the planning applications from the last 12 months that your running campaigns' targeting picks out in their search areas. Each campaign's leads are added up, so a lead two campaigns both target counts for each, and a manual campaign counts nothing.
Homeowner outreach (Outreach in Australia) covers 1,000 leads a year.
Each 500 more leads a year add-on adds 500. On the Leads a year card, the − and + change your total, and the line beside them says how much is in your plan and how many you're adding for what. You can add as many as you need, but past a few, Unlimited leads (National targeting) costs less, and the card tells you so.
National targeting gives unlimited leads, anywhere in the country.
Enterprise is unlimited.
If you're on a plan we no longer sell, a Standard plan covers 5,000 leads a year, a Growth plan 10,000, and any other is unlimited.
Moving to a plan with fewer leads a year? If your running campaigns target more than it covers, you choose which to keep running, and the count shows how many leads a year the ones you keep add up to.
In the bar at the bottom, choose Monthly or Yearly. Paying yearly shows what you save, then click Review changes to switch.
Next to your plan, click Cancel.
Under Why are you leaving?, pick a reason, and add anything else if you like.
Click Cancel.
Your plan carries on until the end of the period you've paid for. Then your team's workspace closes until you choose a plan again, and nothing's deleted. Changed your mind? Click Keep it next to your plan before then.
Only the billing members of the account that pays for your team can see and change its plan. Ask one of them to add you. See "How to add billing members".
In contract: your plan stays as it is until your contract ends. Click Talk to us about changing plan. Add-ons can still go up, and come down when the contract ends.
A plan our team looks after: some plans are set up with you by our team, and show Contact us instead of a price. To change or cancel one of these, you talk to us: Cancel sends our team a request, with Ask us to cancel. Add-ons can go up from this page, and to lower one, contact us.
A plan we no longer sell: it isn't among the plans to pick, and you can keep it as long as you like. Once you move to one of today's plans, you can't go back to it.
The change isn't made. The review says why the card was declined, and lets you pay with another card or add a new one.
Only Enterprise is priced by the user. Its billing members add users with Add users under your plan, but users only go up there: to have fewer, contact us. Every other plan has unlimited team members already.
