Folders keep your saved leads in order: by area, by type of job, by who's working them, or however suits you. Folders sit side by side in Saved leads; one can't go inside another.
Make a folder
Click Saved leads in the sidebar.
Under Planning data folders, click New folder.
Type a name and click Create folder.
Rename a folder
In the Saved leads menu, hover over the folder and click ….
Click Rename.
Type the new name and click Save.
Move leads to another folder
Open the folder the leads are in.
Tick the leads you want to move.
Click Move to and pick the folder, or Create folder & move.
Move to takes the leads out of this folder and puts them in the other one. Any other folders they're in keep them.
Put leads in another folder as well
Open the folder and tick the leads.
Click Add to and pick the folder.
Add to keeps the leads here and puts them in the other folder too. Under a lead's name, Also in lists the other folders and campaigns it's in.
Delete a folder
In the Saved leads menu, hover over the folder and click ….
Click Delete folder.
Click Delete folder again to confirm.
The leads in it go to the Bin, so nothing is lost by accident. You can file them somewhere else from there. If a lead is also in another folder or a campaign, it stays there too.
Find a folder
Type in Find a campaign or folder… at the top of the Saved leads menu. Only the campaigns and folders whose names match stay in the list.
Why does it say there's already a folder with that name?
Each folder needs a different name, whatever the capitals or spaces, so you can tell them apart in the menus. Pick another name.
Why does a folder say it doesn't exist any more?
"This folder doesn't exist any more. It may have been deleted." means someone on your team deleted the folder. Its leads went to the Bin.
Why can't I pick the folder I'm in?
The folder the leads are in now is greyed out in Move to and Add to, because they're already there.
Who can change folders?
Anyone on your team can make, rename and delete folders, and move leads between them. Folders come with Planning data, so your plan needs to include it.
