Every campaign keeps score: the leads it's found, the letters it's sent, what they cost, and who scanned the QR code on them. Each campaign's Overview shows its own results, and Stats adds up all your running campaigns.
See one campaign's results
Click Letter campaigns in the sidebar and open a campaign. It opens on its Overview.
Look at Performance. It starts with three numbers: Leads received, Leads approved and Letters sent.
Under What happened to your leads, see how many were Approved, Rejected, Missed (no action taken) or are still Waiting for review.
The Letters box shows how many have been Sent and what they cost, and how many are Waiting to send.
Over time charts leads, letters sent and QR codes scanned. Click Leads, Letters sent or QR codes scanned to switch.
Further down, Letter sequence shows each letter in your sequence, with how many were Sent and how many were Scanned.
The figures start from the day the campaign was made. Use the date picker in Performance to look at any week or month.
A QR scan is someone who picked up your letter and wanted to see more. It's often the first sign of a job.
Compare your campaigns
Click Letter campaigns in the sidebar, then Stats in the menu on the left.
The figures at the top add up all your active campaigns.
Scroll down to By campaign to see each one side by side: Leads, Letters sent and Spent. The busiest is first. Click a campaign's name to open it.
Pick dates at the top to change the period. It starts with the last 90 days.
What do the lead results mean?
Approved: someone on the lead was sent letters, by you or automatically.
Rejected: you skipped it.
Missed (no action taken): nobody reviewed it before the campaign's Cancel unreviewed leads after time ran out, so nothing was sent.
Waiting for review: still in Review leads.
A lead is counted on the date it was found, so a lead found in August and missed in September counts as missed in August.
Why don't the numbers on Stats match my campaign?
Stats only adds up active campaigns, so paused and archived ones are left out. A lead found by two campaigns counts in each. And Stats starts on the last 90 days, while a campaign's Overview starts on the day it was made.
Why doesn't "Waiting to send" change with the dates?
It counts every letter still scheduled to go, whenever its lead came in, so the date picker doesn't change it.
