Stars, assignees and tags help everyone see what's theirs and what matters. You can star and assign a few leads at a time from a folder. Tags go on one lead at a time.
Pick the leads
Click Saved leads in the sidebar and open a folder.
Tick the leads you want. The tick box at the top of the table picks every lead on the page.
A bar above the table says how many leads are selected. Click Clear to untick them all.
Star leads
With leads ticked, click Star. If every lead you've ticked is starred already, the button says Unstar and takes the stars off.
To star a single lead, click the star at the end of its row.
Assign leads to a teammate
With leads ticked, click Assign.
Pick a teammate, or Unassign to leave the leads with nobody.
Your teammate gets one notification for all the leads, not one each. With more than one lead, it opens the folder. To assign a single lead, click the name (or Nobody) in its Assignee column and pick someone.
Find your starred leads
At the top of the folder, click Quick filters.
Tick Starred.
Untick Starred to see the whole folder again.
Tag a lead
In the Tags column, or on a card on the board, click Add tag.
Pick a tag you've used before, or type a new one.
To take a tag off, click the lead's tags and remove it there. A new tag you type is added to your team's tags, ready for any lead.
Find leads by tag or assignee
At the top of the folder:
Tags: tick one or more tags to see every lead that has them.
Assignee: tick teammates to see their leads. Your own name says (you). Unassigned shows the leads nobody has.
Why didn't my teammate get a notification?
Nobody is told about leads they assigned to themselves. Each person can also turn off Leads assigned to you in Settings → Notifications.
Why can't I tag several leads at once?
Tags go on one lead at a time. Tick leads to star or assign them together, then add tags lead by lead.
Why can't I star a lead?
A lead that says "This planning application is no longer available." has gone from the planning data, so it can't be starred.
Who can do this?
Anyone on your team can star, assign and tag leads. You can assign a lead to anyone in your team.
