Your saved searches are shared between Planning data and your campaigns. If you've already built a search for the work you want, a campaign can start from it rather than from scratch.
Use a saved search
On the campaign's Targeting step, click Saved searches.
Pick the search you want. You can type in Search saved searches… to find it.
Its keywords and filters become the campaign's targeting. The leads a year card on the right shows how many leads a year it finds in this campaign's search area, and how much of your plan that uses.
Change anything you need to, then click Next: Letter sequence, or Save changes on a running campaign.
The campaign keeps its own copy. Changing the targeting here doesn't change your saved search.
Save a campaign's targeting as a search
On the Targeting step, click Save search.
Give it a name, like "Loft conversions near Newark".
Click Save.
It saves the filters, not the leads, and it's there in Planning data and when you target another campaign.
Why didn't the search's dates come across?
A campaign always looks at new planning applications as they come in, so a saved search's dates and reference aren't used. You'll see a message like This campaign doesn't use "Lofts near me"'s dates when you load one that has them.
Why didn't the search's area come across?
A saved search only brings what to look for. The campaign keeps its own search area, which you set on the Search area step.
Why is Save search greyed out?
There's no targeting to save yet. Add at least one job or keyword first.
